If you are feeling stressed out, its important that you take measures to actively relax your mind and body. Although it may sound cheesy, meditation, yoga and exercise are great stress relievers.

Laughter is also a great way to relieve stress, so round up your closest friends, go out for a night together or hang out for a few hours, so your body and mind can get the relaxation it needs. Even going out for a walk reduces the intensity that stress has in the body. Stay aware of your stress levels and make sure you are responsive to what your body is trying to tell you.
